I believe I've spotted a cheater. A single path of land (ie most probably a single run) was claimed that follows a motorway for 30+km and then into my hard earned territory. I know that a substantial portion doesn't even have a pedestrian pathway. Is this a cheater? Is there anything I can do about it?

We are sorry that someone has cheated their way onto your territory. It is an issue we are aware of and are working on the best way to fix. Our biggest focus is creating a solution that won't accidentally punish valid runners as well. You can expect to see refined cheating prevention in an update in the near future.
