How Much OxyContin Is Too Much?
TOPIC: 30mg codeine is equal to how much oxycodone. Never wait until the last minute to fill your Oxycontin prescription. If not, I don't like Extended Release pills but I'll have to give it a try again with OxyContin. If you have ever had major surgery or even dental work, suffered from bad back pain or headaches, had a serious and painful injury, or have a painful disease or condition like cancer or severe arthritis...you have heard of these drugs.
Oxycodone is marketed as various salts, most commonly as the hydrochloride salt. I had been on it for at least four days w/ any relief... ended up going to hospital & being diagnosed w/ diverticulitis. Before you start taking this medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist if you should stop or change how you use your other opioid medication(s).
Then started taking 1 10mg oxycontin 3 times a day. Good pain control is achieved when no more than 2 doses of supplemental analgesics are required daily (24 hour period). Ritonavir or lopinavir/ritonavir greatly increase plasma concentrations of oxycodone in healthy human volunteers due to inhibition of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6.

I thin Dr.s need to call people in and do more random pill counts,but usually a doctor has a good idea if somebody is faking as injury. Do not increase your dose, take the medication more frequently, or take it for a longer time than prescribed. And still I can`t find what will truly do what I want it to when I can`t go on.
